Manslaughter charge for Belize City woman after gun fatally goes off in SUV

Police have formally announced charges of manslaughter by negligence against 24-year-old Tehje Vaughan of Belize City following the shooting death of co-worker Charles Canton, 27, of Sandhill, Belize District.
