Ten Kuki-Zo MLAs in Manipur have stated that they applied for leave to not attend the assembly session. They clarified that they are united in their demand for a separate administration and urged their people to remain calm and support them. This comes after ethnic violence between the Meitei and Kuki-Zo communities broke out in the state, resulting in multiple casualties.
