Manila leads NCR as measles vaccinations reaches 94 percent in ten days

I thank and am so proud of our health personnel led by Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna and Manila Health Department chief Dr. Arnold ‘Poks Pangan, for having achieved as of this writing over 94 percent completion of the campaign against measles among children in Manila.
Because of this, Manila now leads the National Capital Region in the campaign against measles, having vaccinated over 127,000 kids in just a matter of ten days.
We are really trying so hard to finish the measles vaccination at the earliest possible time, so that we may focus entirely on the COVID-19 vaccination program which, hopefully, will be implemented soon.
