A man who reportedly fell off the South Main Street bridge in Jamestown was transported by helicopter to a hospital late Thursday.
First responders including police, fire and Alstar EMS were called to the area of the train overpass near West First Street shortly before 10 p.m. after a passerby heard a man calling for help. The man was found to have significant leg injuries following a 15-foot fall and was transported to UPMC Chautauqua and later airlifted to another hospital.
