Man wanted on multiple warrants arrested after hitting unmarked police vehicle in Trumbull Co.

A 44-year-old man allegedly drove through a yard, and back onto the road, striking an unmarked police vehicle. Redd lost control of his vehicle and then hit a utility pole and a tree.
