Man reunited with Scottsdale high school letterman jacket from over 2 decades ago

28 years ago, a Scottsdale high school football player ordered a letterman jacket, but he couldn't get it because his mother could not afford it. By a stroke of a luck, he managed to be reunited with the jacket years later.
