Colin Andrew Shapard — who prosecutors allege was the source of drugs that led to the deaths of two teens in 2016 in an unrelated case — admitted he mailed numerous pills to an 18-year-old who lost consciousness after taking them on Feb. 10, 2022. Emergency medical personnel who responded to a call from his father administered Narcan, which reverses the effects of fentanyl and other opioids, and the victim survived.
