Man found dead in vehicle in Greenfield retention pond

GREENFIELD, Ind. — A man was found dead in a retention pond in Greenfield Wednesday.
Police said officers got a call about the vehicle in the pond Wednesday afternoon and arrived to find a truck partially submerged in the water near Springhurst Boulevard on the west side of Greenfield. They also found the man, identified only as a 61-year-old Greenfield man, face down in the water.
