Man charged with attempted rape and assault in 'random attack on a stranger' in Lincolnshire

A 28 year-old man has been charged with attempted rape, robbery and assault occasioning actual bodily harm after a 22 year-old woman was allegedly attacked in a Lincolnshire street.
