Man Charged in Fatal Stabbing During River Tubing Confrontation in Wisconsin

Nicolae Miu, 52, of Prior Lake, Minn., was charged Monday with first-degree intentional homicide and other felonies in the killing of a 17-year-old and the wounding of four companions.
