A 37-year-old man has been charged with criminal negligence causing death after a woman was found dead on Highway 1A on the Stoney Nakoda First Nation.
At approximately 6:45 a.m. last Sunday, Stoney Nakoda RCMP assisted EMS after an “unresponsive female” was found on the highway west of Calgary. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
