Man arrested in Nevada County for allegedly molesting child at in-home day care facility

A 43-year-old man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly performing lewd acts and distributing harmful material to a minor at his wife's in-home day care facility, the Nevada County Sheriff's Office said.
