Man and woman arrested at Birmingham home after boy, 1, dies following cardiac arrest

Neighbours have been left horrified after a one-year-old boy died after suffering a cardiac arrest at a home in Birmingham on Saturday. Paramedics said 'nothing could be done' to save the baby boy's life.
