Maine students help administer COVID-19 vaccine

Distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine is accelerating in Maine, but some health care providers are struggling with staffing shortages. Northern Light Health is turning to nursing and pharmacy students at Husson University and the University of Maine.

“I am humbled and honored to be a part of such a huge undertaking, and I’ll work myself to death to get this state over the hurdle," said Ed Jobst, a third-year pharmacy student at Husson.
