中國走私香菇大幅減少 消保處：「菇腳」是辨別重點 - 生活

過去曾發生中國香菇走私入境，混充國產香菇於市面販售，行政院消費者保護處為維護消費者食用安全及我國菇農權益，針對市售乾香菇進行抽查，結果發現有4件原產地標示不實，已裁處在案。消保處簡任消保官王德明指出，108年11月至去年1月辦理第1次全國查核時，發現6都及雲林、南投、宜蘭等9縣市，有多件乾香菇散裝標示違規，疑為中國走私香菇。因此去年12月起至今年2月，再次針對這9縣市加強查核。
