Lower Merion detectives honored for exceptional performance

Lower Merion Police Lieutenant Edward Sarama and Detective Gregory Pitchford received law enforcement commendations from Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele for their investigation that led to the arrest and conviction of Kent William Powe, who attempted to kidnap a township woman after accosting her as she arrived home to her apartment in November 2020.
