Lowell man sentenced to 15 years to life for murder of Boston woman

LOWELL — A man convicted of second-degree murder for shooting a 23-year-old Boston woman to death over a dispute involving a car in Centralville more than three years ago was sentenced by a judge to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 15 years.
