A new class
People are generally classified according to their profession or occupation. A person doing trade is termed as businessman, a person relying on agriculture is farmer, a person with expertise in treating sick ones is doctor, one who relies on ideology is Buddhijivi, those earning by doing manual labour is termed Shramjivi and so on. Of late, a new professionals have cropped up in the country who are called 'Andolanjivi'. These latest breed of people earn their livelihood by participating in any form of 'andolans' across the country. One day they can become farmers and sit with the farmers and in the second minute the same persons can be seen among the crowd of labourers protesting with certain demands. These breed can camouflage in any protest easily and hijack the movement. India has a large number of such 'Andolajivis'. In our State too we have certain people who are known as 'Andolanjivis'. Their names need no mention as they are very popular ones for staging agitations for right or wrong reasons.
