Kamara The labor sector is one of the most dysfunctional in Sierra Leone.Despite repeated promises by successive governments to fix it, the only thing that appears to be changing is the deteriorating conditions of employees. Probably, nowhere is this any more manifest than among the country's unskilled labour force.
