Large-scale Ingleside apartment complex nears completion
New apartments expected to open soon in Ingleside

After several delays — many of which tied to the pandemic — a spokesperson for the Parc at Ingleside said they anticipate the 8-building apartment complex to open one of their buildings as early as February.
“It’s been years and years in the making,” said Whitney Miller, Marketing Director, SunRidge Management Group, a Dallas-based company. “(The pandemic) did delay us a little bit on our opening, so we’re very excited to be in to a new year and kind of start 2021 right with this gorgeous new community for the people of Ingleside.”
