LA resorts to sending mobile teams with oxygen cylinders to Skid Row to prevent overdoses amid opioid crisis

Deadly overdoses more than doubled in the Skid Row area over two years, with more than 110 deaths in 2021. The nonprofit Homeless Health Care Los Angeles is using oxygen to tackle the problem.
