You can see dozens of them on scene. They are up above this building at third and Chestnut Streets. The water on the flames as you see smoke billowing out. The fire started just after 3 00 this morning, the exact billing address 2239 Chestnut Street storefront with apartment on ton. We now know that 40 people had to be evacuated, no one was hurt.
