Reporter good morning, jan Community Says that it is sad evening but frustrating as this tragedy could have been prevented. That boy is recovering here at Temple University hospital and one neighbor said she broke down after learning that a small child had been shot. That threeyear old appeared to have been shot in the head accidentally in the second floor bedroom on the 3600 block of north 18th street, in tioga nicetown. Philadelphia Police Rushed to this home around 3 00 sunday afternoon and found a young boy along with his six yearold and 12 yearold brothers home alone. Authorities believe that the six yearold man accidentally pulled the trigger after boys access a hand gun inside. Six yearold had been shot the threeyear old. He probably thought it was a toy. Reporter neighbors say, parents need to be vigilant in keeping firearms secure. They should not have had access, no way, if they should not have security in the home they should have took it with them. It is unbelievable, unacceptable. In Delaware County the search is on for a gunman who opened fire on four people on a basketball court, now this shooting happened just before 6 00 oclock yesterday evening the shots were fired in the elevated position in the 1200 block of carlos lane in chester. All of the victims were hit in their lower bodies, right now no word on their conditions or what led to this shooting. A teenager is recovering this morning after he was gunned down in south philadelphia. Shots rang out near moore and south 30th street just before 9 30. Police tell us that the 15 yearold was shot two times in both lex and he is now in stable condition, no word on what sparked this gunfire. Philadelphia police say that they do have a suspect in custody after two people are stabbed, inside of their torresdale home. This all happened just after 11 30 last night in the 3800 block of pierson avenue. Police say victims were stabbed in their lower bodies. Both are now in stable condition. Circumstances that led to this stabbing is unclear.
