Kuwait issues RFP for Az-Zour North 2 & 3 utility project

Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects has issued request for proposals (RFPs) to qualified bidders of its key utility project - Az-Zour North Phase 2 and 3 IWPP - a mega plant with a minimum capacity of 2.7GW power and 120MIGD of desalinated water.
