A santa rosa woman now in jail after she was found walking down the middle of highway 101 with her four months child in her arms. The state released a photo of the baby shortly after the childs mother was taken into custody saturday afternoon. Katy watson abandon her vehicle after it broke down on the 101 and walks down the freeway with her child trying to get help. Officers arrested her on driving under the influence of drugs.
