And its going to start with a trip up north to seattle to take on Russell Wilson and the divisionleading seahawks. Lose that one, and the 49ers drop two and a half games back of seattle. Win it, and theyre just a half game out of first place. Then on thursday, its going to be a prime time matchup with Aaron Rodgers and the 51 greenberg packers at levis. Kyle shanahan knows its going to be a grind. I plan on us not everything anything left six days from now, and i tell them thats all right, because after our two games in six days, i believe we have one game in 24 days. Youre going to go from one extreme to the other, and both can sometimes be a negative, and both can be a positive. It depends on how you react to it, and i think our guys will react well. All right. The 49ers do have one of the best tight ends in football, probably the best in the game, and hes no doubt the most entertaining as well. Here is George Kittle miced up during the 49ers flow blow out over the patriots last sunday. Did everybody leave the game . The fans left john, all the fans left, man [ laughter ] yeah, in case you didnt know, kittle is a pretty big trash talker, bit knot mean spirited. More a goofy type of smack talk. Conversation, get them off their game. I either get silence, they swear at me, or we start having a conversation. Just depends on the guy, so i throw some feelers out there and see what im going to deal with on the day, but its fun for me, because i jump from side to side and so i get to go against a lot of different people. Its fun for me. First down, woo can they mic him up every game . He plays with such passion and joy. Just super entertaining. All right, its official, after a seasonlong suspension, a. J. Hen of is a manager again in the big leagues. It is with the detroit tigers. He signed his contract today. He said tigers general manager al avila called him 30 minutes at the final out of the world series, and soon after that, he was on a train for detroit. The hiring comes less than 10 months after Major League Baseball suspend him for his role as the astros manager during the sign stealing scandal, but hes back in the big leagues. Other than the nfl and college football, we now have a dearth once again for sports. Thankfully we have joe fonzi to kind of tide us over on this day in sports history. Two phrases will always be associated with boxing because of what happened on this day in 1974. They called its the rum until the jungle. Mohammad ali against george form man for the championship. He left foreman punch himself out and then beat him in the 8th round, and the term ropea dope was born. He had reclaimed the title from the previously undefeated foreman. Thats this day in sports, october 30th. Im joe fonzi. And it is time for our favorite segment of the night. It is time to check this out. Were going to head out to portugal. This is surfer lucas chumbo catching an absolute monster of a wave that was brought on by hurricane epsilon. No official size of that wave yet, but it was called one of the biggest waves of the season and quite possibly a world record. And you couldnt pay me any amount of money to go out there, none. Insane. All right, jason, thank you. Big bang theory is next here on ktvu. Is amazing. I wish i had aouse like this when i was a kid. Really . You never had a playhouse . No. I mean, my dad did buy the house next door for us to play in. Im gonna hook up the garden hose, so it has Running Water. Why does it need Running Water . Same reason its got electricity bernadette and i both work, and were overcompensating. This reminds me of a traditional amish barn raising. With everyone pitching in. How exactly are you pitching in . I dont hear anyone else giving facts about traditional amish barn raising. The rest of us are pitching in with hammers and nails. Well, facts are my nails, and my voice is the hammer which pounds them through the wood of your skull. Well, that is how it feels. Hey, uh, can you pass me that drill . Yeah, fun fact about amish barn raising they dont use any power tools. Amy, make him stop. No. If he tires himself out now, hell sleep better tonight. Bernadette hey, howie, can you give me a hand . I need to get some work done, and the kids are climbing all over me. You know what . Ill watch them. You sure . But i was just about to tell everyone why theyre called pennsylvania dutch when they really hail from germany. Yep. Thanks. So, what do you think . Pretty cool, huh . And when our kids outgrow it, we can airbnb it to other peoples babies. Funny. You all right . Sorry, i havent had a second to myself. So let me just go back inside, finish my report, brush my teeth, change out of my pajamas, make a sandwich, and then ill come out here and laugh at your joke. Ooh. As long as youre making sandwiches. You can laugh at that one later, too. All right, ive kept you in suspense long enough. Dutch is a bastardization of the word deutsch, meaning german. Whats german for annoying . Nervig. Why do you ask
