Breaking news out of baseball as the game between the giants and padres has been officially postponed, we will have the details after the break. Is this year one for the books or what . Just another episode of weirdness tonight, it has developed within the last hour or so down in san diego, the giants were about five minutes away from taking the field against the padres, then all of a sudden, things changed dramatically, a little confusion, gabe kapler was on the field, you can kind of read his lips, he said, the game is postponed, that it is, maybe canceled, the bottom line is, no game tonight, maybe not throughout the entire weekend, several minutes passed before there was any sort of official explanation, but here it is, a positive test within the giants organization, early speculation is that it is a player, both teams were asked to stay out of their respective clubhouses and were actually sitting in the stands when i came in to do this broadcast, like i said, more questions than answers, but the best thing i can tell you, no game tonight against the padres, further details tonight at 10 00, it is kind of like a microcosm for everything going on this year, once you think you have one situation solved, another one pops up, take for instance the nfl. They did a great job with the protocols to get a game off last night, season is underway, well, despite the covid19 situation, we have got air quality on the radar, threatening the 49ers opener sunday at levi against arizona, the team was able to work out today, get a full practice in, except for coleman, who has asthma, he was kept off the field, also wide receiver ruled out, he is dealing with a fractured foot, could play next week, coach shanahan talking about the Current Conditions with regards to airquality. If it happens on sunday, my understanding is, if it gets to 200, the nfl will start discussing what to do with the game, i dont think that is my decision, i know it is not, thank goodness, we will see what happens. Hopefully it will be safe, but got to see what the wind does. You really cant get too concerned about it, there is literally nothing you can do for it, there is nothing we can do to help lower that number or to change it, it is kind of one of those things that youve got to roll with. I can tell you firsthand, airquality is definitely an issue with the napa valley, my eyes are killing me, but the second round of the beautiful safeway open at Silverado Country Club goes off without a hitch. Not exactly the perfect skies everybody was hoping for, but, you know what, they get it going anyway, 18th hole, the leader, sam burns, will rule in a birdie putt, seven under 65, 15 under halfway through with a two shot lead, barry higgs moved up 34 spots to the runner up spot, his second shot is the shot of the day, rolled in at number nine, the real double eagle albatross, certainly our shot of the day, also want to mention alamedas james hahn is moving up, got a shot at things, he is currently tied for fourth place. In the nba playoff bubble, the inevitable, the western conference final, going to see the lakers against the clippers, however, a little glitch tonight as the l. A. Clippersnapping, particularly in the Fourth Quarter against the denver nuggets, this series continues, win or go home for denver, it looked like that was going to happen, clippers own the first half, slammed with the right hand, they held up as much as a 16 point lead, had an absolutely great game, but in the Fourth Quarter, denver comes alive behind nikola jokic, he pops it three, denver will take the first lead with about seven minutes left in the game, a complete momentum swing, denver up two, hits a three, denver stuns l. A. , 111105, the clippers are still up three games to two. Obviously, a lot of stuff developing in the world of sports right now, we will have details for you as soon as we can, but no giants game, no padres, one thing after another for all of us, right . That will do is for us. You know, downwardfacing dog comes from the sanskrit phrase adho mukha shvanasana. Oh, thats beautiful. What does it mean . Downwardfacing dog. Yeah, i guess they dont have sanskrit for butts up and heads down. Hey, we wrote the kama sutra. If it involves butts, theres a word for it. I thought we were getting breakfast before work. Oh, right, sorry. Its my fault. I asked penny to do yoga with me. If you want, i can get ready in five minutes. chuckles its cute that you think that. Dont worry about it. Hey, can i ask you a favor . Would you mind taking cinnamon for a walk . Sure. Youre living here for free. I guess i owe you. Bye, cinnamon. Be a good girl. Yeah, bye, sweetie bye yeah, yeah, bye, leonard. chuckles okay, and tree pose. Well, shes done. Our whole universe was in a hot, dense state then nearly 14 billion years ago expansion started. Wait the earth began to cool the autotrophs began to drool, neanderthals developed tools we built the wall we built the pyramids math, science, history, unraveling the mystery that all started with a big bang bang peter walsh people came and they met and they felt comfortable. Its what we did with coogans. You felt safe and, if you were safe, you could be joyful
