A firefighter has died in the Northern California wildfires. He died battling of the august complex fires. Southwest of chico. At the second firefighter was hurt and hitting medical treatments. The wire service will give us details on what happened in the coming days. The august complex fires had now earned 369 square miles, it is 20 contained. Here in the bay area, wildfires continue to burn. In the czu lightning complex fires, pg e is repairing or replacing 900 power poles and transformers destroyed by the fires. Santa cruz county building inspectors are checking homes for damage. 900 homes are among the 1400 buildings that were destroyed. 133 square miles have earned. It is 41 contained. Three main roads in the Santa Cruz Mountains will be getting millions of dollars for repair work. Parts of highways one, nine, and 236 need major work by cleanup crews have to first take out debris and fallen trees from off the roads. Caltrans plans to check the highway damage, and when that is finished, the repair work will begin. Cal fire has lifted some evacuation orders for the scu lightning complex fire. California state Assembly Members approved the measure, adding one High School Course on the oppressed and exploited minorities throughout history.
