New information is coming to light about the investigation into the orinda Care Nursing Center where at least four residents have died. Investigators were told the same nurses cared for both infected and uninfected patients and that the facility displayed protective equipment ahead of a county visit that was later locked away in a closet. Orinda care center said the facility followed protocol to protect both residents and staff.
