The west Contra Costa County School District will close for three weeks beginning monday. Berkeley also announced a three week School Closure beginning next week. Berkeley high will be closed starting today. In marin county union high School District is closed. Reed district is on a minimum today before they will close for two weeks. Starting monday, all San Francisco Public Schools will be closed for three weeks. Administrators have been meeting with doctors who expect to see more coronavirus cases in schools in the coming weaks. While some parents say closing schools seemed inevitable, other parents were caught off guard and now need to find child care. Its a complete shock because as a hardworking parent you want to make sure your kid has a place to come and learn. The board, the staff has determined to become pre emptive and we know that we need time to prepare for this new world that were in right now.
