The cdc says the people released pose no health risk to the public. We are following a developing story out of marin county where a search for a missing couple is now focused out of tamales bay. To look for carol caparsky and her husband ian irwin. The couple had been staying at a rental home. Deputies found the couples cellphones, wallets and their car at the rental house. Ktvus Christina Rendon reports a 76yearold missing hiker is now being treated at marin medical center. Its one of the best possible outcomes. That missing hiker was found alive. Specifically two k9s were able to track his scent. This is video from last night when Robert Bennett was brought off the trail and taken by ambulance to the hospital. Usually searches are called off in the dark, but, in this, it intensified. The rescue team must of had a strong lead. And those two k9s played a big role in finding him. Without them and the assistance of the search and rescues members that were assigned to them in the expansive search, i dont know that we would have been been able to find him without the k 9s. Bennett was missing since monday afternoon. Officials were also pinging his cellphone in the hours before he was found. The 76yearold is from novato and an avid outdoorsman. A teenager was killed after a basketball game in the parking lot at deer valley high. Ktvus Azenith Smith reports. That night there was no security at the basketball game. A Deer Valley High School sophomore was shot and killed in the parking lot. Back on january 31st. Police said a fight broke out among a group of teens. Family members called jonathan a home buddy. The Santa Clara County Sheriffs Office is investigating a death in san joses east foothills. The body of a woman was found yesterday at a home at Mountain View avenue right near gordon avenue. Her name is not being released until family members have been notified. Police have not said how she died where were there signs of a struggle. Now to Mountain View where police are looking into the attempted kidnapping of a 53 yearold woman at her home. 33yearold Jeremiah Porter repeatedly rang the doorbell at her home monday night. They say he pushed his way in. Grabbed her by the neck and then tried to force her into her own car. She was able to get away. Police found porter early yesterday morning after someone reported seeing him throwing rocks at windows and yelling in the same area. A hearing is scheduled today in federal court for the undocumented immigrant. Jose guarzazarate is facing federal drug charges but was ruled not competent to stand trial. So you can see its going to be essentially moderate and point south. And we will stay dry. Could mean we see a trace of rain in places like San Francisco. But other than that not much coming from this system. Weve started the month very dry and weve continued that pattern and except for that one system thats about it in the forecast right now. What that does mean is weve got another day on tap a live look in San Francisco right now. Its beautiful out there. So our highs today will be about where we should be this time of year. 60 in novato. Currently right now its 62 in berkley. And right now about 57 in palo alto. This is where were going today and well see some of those upper 60s in places like morgan hill. San jose youll get close to that upper 60s about 67. 62 in San Francisco and about 64 in oakland.
