In the bay area a driver was killed heteinto home at son bodega highway. Investigators say the driver was speeding and the suv went through a brick wall crashing into the home. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. One person was there at the time but was not hurt. The judge turned down the pg e request for 60 million in executive bonuses. The utility said the bonuses for the top executives at pg e would reward their efforts to improve safety. In the ruling the judge ruled no justification for the additional money incentivized to do what they should already be doing.
