The thatyearold perez is accused, the 32yearoldberez is accused of running a red light. Prosecutors in San Francisco will drop the added charges against a man accused of attacking a woman outside of her condo building. The 25yearold Austin Vincent faces multiple charges for the initial attack on august 11th. A new days later, others came forward accusing him of pulling a 95 on them in february. The public defender said this is proof he was in southern at the time resulting in the dropped charges. Puerto rico is bracing for a direct hit from Tropical Storm dorian. The attorney wants the charges dropped and to get him out of jail. His august 19th arrest comes after a february 4th incident in San Francisco. A group of people say they were threatened by men with a knife. After seeing vincents mug shot from the august 11th condo attack, a victim from the february incident called the france Police Department and identified him as a suspect. The defense attorney said that his client was misidentified and that the 25yearold lived in Southern California in february. So he filed a bail motion to have the charges dropped. In a statement yesterday, he said, quote, i received word from the da they were able to corroborate the money andp diicated they plan to throw out the charges tomorrow. If new charges are dismissed, the attorney will have ask ask a judge to release him to a Case Management program while wearing a ankle monitor and faces false imprisonment, battery and charges for the attack outside of the watermark building. Flans is moving ahead with its own plan to let, San Francisco is moving ahead with its own plan to let Homeless People live in the trailers and a shorttime camping area. The commission could change the city code to let them stay parked there as long as 90 days and offer restrooms and showers. It would be a 38story apartment on broadway and have more than 300 luxury apartments. A landlord is under arrest after police say she tried to force her tenants out by staging a breakin. She wanted to evict a family of 5 she said had not paid rent on her rental property in mountainview. She got together with four people from san jose, shut off power and had them force their way into the home using a knife. There were all of those messes being done eventually to force them out. By fear and ultimately with the knife incident through physical force. The family was able to escape out of the back door. The home was often used as an airbnb rental.
