The city of San Francisco has been hit with a lawsuit by people who want to block the city from building a Navigation Center for the homeless along the embarcadero. The city plans to build the Navigation Center at the base of bryant street. The board of supervisors approved leasing the fence property from the port commission. Critics claim the center will draw more homeless to the waterfront. They also claim the port wont get fair market value from leasing the land. But we heard from richard spore, who is homeless, about the importance of Navigation Centers. Ive seen a lot of people get their housing and stuff. And thats a good thing. They want to see if those photos will help identify the suspects. A sunnyvale man is due in court today, charged with deliberately plowing into a group of people. San mateo county is making its first majorup date to its Voting Technology in years. They approved a new voting system. Voters will use a touchscreen tablet, which is then attached to a printer. Because of earlier issues on the altamonte pass. We still have traffic on some of these areas as you can see. The macarthur maze still looks good. And this is a look at the bay bridge. A driver walked away from a very serious crash without a scratch. It happened last night, around 11 30. When a black audi, on the Stevens Creek missed the curb, went off the road and crashed through those gates on moorpark avenue. First responders actually had to cut through the fence to get to the the investigation continues. There are new developments in the monthlong search in mendocino county. A deep dive robot may have spotted the body in lake mendocino, just north of ukiah. Family members say carlos had a heart attack or stroke and ended up in the war. Vince jumped in the water to save him, but they both drowned. Carlos body was found near the boat. But a month of intense searching has not turned up his son. It apparently went airborne briefly, bottomed out, but did not slow down at all. This video taken around midnight. And the driver a ess said the driver was driving erratically over speed bumps. It went right through terminal a. We believe this may have started on northbound 101. Chp says ter a car failed to yi and its unclear how many people were inside but the Santa Clara County Sheriffs Office says they believe the car was stolen. And it reportedly crashed near derose and southwest expressway. We know at least one of the suspects got out, ran toward a home or an apartment. And was apparently bit by a canine. That person had to be taken for treatment. Theres still a lot of questions as to what led up to this pursuit, when exactly it started. All we know is it went through here. Among three couples affected by the Los Angeles Based cha fertility center. The families say the mistake was discovered earlier this year, when an asian mother from new york, who went to the clinic, gave birth to twin boys. But neither of the boys were of asian descent. Testing showed, not only were the boys not biologically related to the mother or father, they are also not related to each other. A california woman says the new york woman received one of her embryos. And now shes speaking up of my ability to carry my own child. My baby boy. You have slow traffic. Once you get to pleasanton. It looks good. Slowing in hayward on 880 south and 880 north looks all right getting up to the bay bridge. When you get to the bay bridge.
