Just east of the toll plaza, there is a collision, it is on the right hand shoulder and it doesnt look to be backing things up. In the middle of your screen, or the top middle of your screen, this is off of the freeway, this is the collision of a tanker truck that is blocking the lane. It is right before Castro Valley, but Castro Valley boulevard is a major problem, just something for people to be aware of. A big rig and dump truck is off to the shoulder, but it has taken a while to get a tow truck out there to clear everything up. You can see the backup extending all the way to the dunbarton bridge from there. And the rest of the south bay overall looks pretty good, no major problems here. 880 in oakland is getting a little bit slow as you pass in the northbound direction, as you pass oracle arena, but not too bad. And the toll plaza is starting to clear up. Thank you, allie, we will get right to it, we have some low clouds or some breaks in the clouds over campbell. Here is where it gets tricky, northwind at hayward, south wind at sfo, mountain view, and at the airport, it is not strong, but it is still south. Eventually that northwind is going to take care of the fog and the temperatures will bump up today and more so tomorrow as the high builds in and below kicks out. The fog will retreat, and we will have mostly sunny skies today, itll take a while. The High Pressure will start to kick in. Still some 60s along parts of the coast, but inland, 70s and 80s, a few upper 80s and temperatures are set to warmup more so tomorrow. Here is allie, you have something you want to get to right away, i think . The east bay, that is where a couple of our problems but are, we told you earlier about the crash that was westbound highway 4 at bailey road, it is still a problem there. It looks like it may have created some other fender benders in the backup you can see pretty much a solid line of orange, red, as you make your way westbound through pittsburgh , down towards concord. Once you get down to southbound 680, there are a couple of issues, over to westbound highway 24, there is a stalled vehicle blocking the two left lanes, also at pleasant hill, there is another incident there. Overall, this part of the commute is not doing too great at this hour. Once you get over to highway 24, things are looking okay, there is some sort of collision close to the tunnel. So things get a little bit slow in that area. If you are driving to the macarthur maze, itll take you 26 minutes, itll bump you back a little bit, not too bad. Once you get to the bay bridge toll plaza, things are clearing up a little bit here as well. 7 32, lets go to the desk. Some gun owners and dealers are concerned about whether it requires an instant background check or a 5 to 10 day weight. It is bad enough that they stopped letting us order it online, last year i think it was, now we are going to have to register or do some kind of crazy people work just to come in and buy some ammo for a weekend with the kids, it is ridiculous. Good morning everyone, welcome back. Good morning, im pam cook, we are going to hear from the zip trip in just about a half hour from now, that starts at 9 00, right now, we are going to check in with steve. How is it looking in campbell . I think they are good to go, there are plenty of low clouds around, but we are about ready to say goodbye to spring, low clouds, a little bit breezy, mainly north, temperatures will warm up to near average, or a little bit below, right where they should be in livermore, but most locations are right where they should be. Plenty of low clouds, san mateo coast, santa cruz, but it is more of a thin ribbon there, it just depends, there are parts of the peninsula that have some low clouds. That is a huge load this time of year in the mountain region. It is kicking off to the east. 50s and 60s on the temperatures, some inland areas are starting to warm up. A lot of 50s and 60s. The fog will give way, and itll be foggy and even more so tomorrow. We will have a north breeze for most locations, thatll be on saturday, but today, 60s, 70s, and 80s. Usually in this time of the morning, we dont focus on the super commute from tracy, because things tend to die down, but today, there is a problem with a brush fire in the area, that drivers should be aware of. This is at Mountain House parkway, at the Alameda County line, it is closed because of this fire in the area. Drivers might see some smoke, just be aware that cal fires firefighrs are tackling that. I want to show you this picture, because an hour ago, this was pretty empty, now it has started to fill up, im not sure why, maybe people are getting later start on their commute. Traffic is moving well, however in this picture in the eastbound direction, just west of the university, there is a three vehicle crash that is blocking the middleincome you can see the traffic on the righthand side there are starting to stack up because of that. He went on to say, the attack was not proportionate to the shooting down of an unmanned drone. In general with irans revolutionary guard said they warned several times before launching a missile, the u. S. Says the drone was over International Waters, iran maintains it was in their airspace and all of this, the white house is under pressure from congress. The president may not intend to go to war here, but we are worried that he and the Administration May fumble into a war. If they are itching for a fight, they are going to get one. Iran released this video of what it says was the attack, you can see the explosion happening in the air. This morning, they are showing what it calls retrieved sections of the u. S. Navy drone after it was shot down. Also this morning, President Trump insisted that the u. S. Would never allow iran to have u. S. Nuclear weapons, so he did not rule out future strikes.
