Today officers arrested the man wanted on several other wants. The fight started after gang members were kicked out of the bar and returned with baseball bats. The 19yearold was arraigned on two counts of first degree murder and attempted murder. Investigators say the two people who died were members of a family that had taken him in as a foster child.
