Transmission of legionnaires can happen when people breathe in water mist infected by the bacteria. The Health Agency is advising anyon that went to the spa to watch for symptoms. Individuals that come down with symptoms like fevers, chills, cough, trouble breathin who may have attended this spa in the previous two weeks to please alert their Health Care Provider of that exposure. A third person also became sick after using the jacuzzi in june but has since recovered. Preliminary results on simples taken from the water at the spa are expected early next week. The Santa Clara Sheriffs Office is denying allegations that one of their deputies forcibly removed a hijab from a muslim woman after she was booked.
