So we cant miss work too much. Reporter they were told to get here hours ahead of time because the site at the fairgrounds typically runs out of tests early. Word got out because by opening time the line of cars had snaked around more than half a mile long. This man came here because he had symptoms. You need tested. Oh, yes. Reporter before thanksgiving the rolling seven day average of testing was 9,500 per day, an all time high this, as practically every metric for coronavirus over much of the state and nation including deaths is also up across the board. According to people on the scene, just before 10 00 last night the woman and her boyfriend saw their car about to be towed. Well, when she tried to run toward the car in the darkness, she then fell off the cliff. Firefighters scaled down the cliff, found her alive and brought her back up. No word yet on her condition today. To our fire watch now, a fast moving fire in Orange County is currently threatening more than 21,000 residents. Powerful winds have pushed the bond fire to burn more than 1,500 acres. The blaze broke out in Orange Countys Silverado Canyon late last night. You can see the huge bright flames there. This morning there is no containment. More than 800 firefighters are on the scene, but firefighting aircraft have been grounded due to the high winds.
