Firefighters are dealing with warming conditions and humidity at 53 and winds at the north at two miles an hour. This is the hennessey fire that we are keeping an eye on. We are seeing them getting turned away by a chp officer that is stationed at the stage canyon road and silverado trail intersection. The hennessey fire had grown to 2400 acres and containment is at 0 . 205 structures are threatened and mandatory evacuations are in place. By sunday, it exploded to well over 2000 acres and by nightfall, crews were still battling the flames as it came down and close on the historic winery here.
