Len ramirez is live at the scene with the latest on the investigation. Reporter the 26yearold driver suffered relatively minor injuries in this crash that killed four of his passengers. He was booked into jail on a dui charge but could face several other charges. In the daylight you can see the long dark skid marks across three lanes of southbound 85 that lead to a concrete sound wall where a Dodge Durango crashed and overturned. It happened at 10 30 last night. Killing four and injuring two, including the driver. Alcohol and or drugs may be a contributing factor to this collision, completely preventable.
