I mentioned in previous briefings that the most effective way we patrol our system is via air. So we were able to have a full day of restoration activity. We were able to drive those numbers down. The only county that still is under public shut off is current. They were originally supposed to be in the shut off state with an all clear from the weather perspective expected to come tomorrow. Kern county. October 31 at zero 600 in the morning. Weather conditions improve. We were able to pull that forecasted all clear time into about 11 pm this evening. We actually got the all clear for the northern portion of that shut off his own shortly after two. We have begun restoring people in kern county.
