It was just so much joy to see them meet each other even, just the love that they both have for each other. Jason requires a lot of attention. And we know we are already doing life in a different way for jason. So, weve just adapt add little bit more to include luca in that. So they put mattes down throughout the house and yard, and came up with ways to help him get around and to be near jason. This used to be jasons walker but then when he out drew it he got a new walker. This walker was sitting in the garage until luca came along and they decided it should be lucas walker. Go get luca. And just there is just this excitement when jason comes home from school and luca meets him at the bus. Kong was convicted in 2003 for vehicle theft and invading a police officer. Because of these convictions there are removal orders for both men. A federal judge has halted their deportation for now. Owner had been in negotiations with the Fairgrounds Management Corporation to try and reup the lease, even offering to pay more in rent an insurance. It became clear the county didnt want motor cross in the area and ended talks. Charities count on this time of year for a significant portion of their annual donations, bay area organizations worry the new tax plan could lead to less giving. Kpix political reporter melissa cane explains why. Charities are usually in high gear, this year is different. We are really concerned. Concerned that people wont give as much to charity next year. Paul ash is the executive director of the ss marin food bank. He says the new tax are yous may mean Less Charitable giving. With the new standard deduction people are going to lose incentive to make donations. New standard deduction is double the current one. In 2018 it will be 12,000 for a single person, and 24,000 for a couple. Such a High Standard deduction, the only people who will claim their charitable con ribbings will be people who have spent more than 12 or 24,000 on deductible things like charities. And that is not a lot of people. Attorney rob wood is an expert on tax law. People are in general better off making a donation this year than they would be next year. So charities are concerned. Charities understandably worry they are going to be adversely impacted. They are not going to collect as much money. People are not going to be as generous, that kind of thing. According to the tax policy center, Charitable Giving could be slashed from 12 billion to 20 billion. If organizations like the food bank even a small decrease can be a big problem. I do believe people give from their heart but maybe they are giving 20 more because they are going to get a 20 deduction on their tax returns, 20 air cut in fundraising at the food bank that is going to be devastating.
