He has a second grade education and obviously has some Mental Health issues. Reporter he had been deported five times and then landed in jail on marijuana charges that were dropped and he was released, despite a request from immigration officials to hold him and he is now charged with seconddegree murder. The maximum sentence is 15 years to life in prison. The jury is made up of six men and women including three legal immigrants and the trial will last about one month. Anne makovec, kpix5.
