They believe the driver, the person struck by gunfire was an uber driver. He is expected to be okay. Fortunately, he suffered what we believe are nonlife threatening injuries. He was taken to San Francisco general and the shootouts did not injure people. Reporter passengers are being interviewed as witnesses in this case. If they can help, they may get some answers.
