And then they have to do charades. They guess the person who guesses it runs. Jimmy wow. And the first person to do the list wins. Jimmy i dont think i have that many friends. How does it feel to say that you have a debut album . Its its like too much to explain. I just, its the greatest feeling. I love music. Jimmy really . I ive loved music my entire life. Its like it it was my first love, and ive been writing music my whole life. And i just thought it was something id only have for myself until, like, covid. And then i was, like, wait, i dont know ill regret not just putting it out in the world. Jimmy yes. And so, i did. Jimmy cause you can do it. I just was like jimmy you can do everything. Youre so talented. You can sing, everything. Thanks. Thanks. Jimmy theres so many different flavors on this record. There is. Jimmy theres rock. Theres soul. Theres some little bit of country in there. Theres some americana, theres some pop. Jimmy i mean, and you wrote everything. I did, yeah. Jimmy but what was the writing experience like . Well, it was i mean, a a little bit different for everything. In the beginning of writing starting to write for this record, i wrote with linda perry and danny, my partner, fujikawa jimmy oh, my gosh. And it was so much fun cause i had never i had never had, like, a a collaborative writing experience so jimmy what do you do . Well, we just had, like, a a weird, awkward first date, and sat around in a circle. Jimmy and you go like, so, what do you wanna sing about . What do you wanna sing about . Were like yeah, were like, so, what are you feeling . And i was just like, i dont know. The first thing honest actually, is probably what im gonna sing tonight. And i was like, i dont know, i wanna feel like, swampy. Lets start with something swampy. Jimmy ohh. And thats so and then it just kind of, like i mean, i dont know what happened, but in two weeks, we had 26 songs. And it was like linda was like, i think we need to stop. Jimmy bud. Because we were just, like, very jimmy on a roll. On a roll. And then and then theres other songs in there. Like, theres that i wrote with danny. Jimmy and how did glorious, howd the title come out . Well that the song on the album, and its sort of a big, sweeping ballad. Linda and i wrote that song together in, like, ten minutes. It was one of those songs that just we both kind of looked at each other after writing it and went, oh, that was intense. Jimmy thats actually its, like, big. Jimmy came out. We just made a song. We just were like, what just happened . Jimmy yeah. Are you going to go on tour . And i i yeah, i am. I mean, i have yeah. [ cheers and applause ] jimmy come on thats what im talking about. Im getting back on the bus now. Jimmy bud, get back in the bus. Yeah. Im gonna go im going to do it. You know, i have some gigs coming up. And then and im so excited. And i was really excited to do it. I had been questioning a lot of things. Im on a therapy journey and things. And my doctor encouraged me to do 23andme. And so, i did the swab for it, sent it in. And it came back, and it said that i had an identical twin. [ audience ohs ] and i jimmy now, this is dna results, right . This is the results. Its me, twin, dad, and cousin. Yeah. And im like whos bb . Jimmy twin . So you this is insane. What did you do . So, i questioned my entire existence. Jimmy thank you. I was like, mom is a liar. Two babies came out. [ light laughter ] i called my sister. I was like, hey, is there a a chance that two babies came out of mom . And she was like, i dont remember. And i called my dad, and he was like, i was there, but maybe. [ laughter ] i was like, oh no jimmy this is insane. Chrissy. Like, i was spiraling this day. Everything like, nothing made sense, but at the same time, everything made sense. [ laughter ] jimmy yeah, you felt like i felt like i was attached to something. Im missing this other person in my life. Jimmy something was taken away from you, yeah. Yes. And it got so deep. And it was, like, beautiful. And i was sharing it with the kids i was like, man, im on this journey now. So jimmy good for you. I felt this. I wrote my twin. This is the most embarrassing part of everything, i think. [ laughter ] but what had happened was i signed up for a show called finding your roots. Its an incredible show where they do a deep dive on your family history. Jimmy its a great show, yeah. [ scattered applause ] and they i didnt remember ever getting swabbed for this. But apparently, i was swabbed for it. And that was the twin that i was matching with. [ laughter ] [ rim shot ] jimmy so, you are your identical thank you. Jimmy you are your identical she submitted an anonymous sample through the producers of the show, and that was her twin. Jimmy yeah so [ applause ] we had we decided to name we decided to name this twin, sissy teigen. Sissy teigen. [ light laughter ] jimmy oh, chrissy and sissy, of course. And we had a mock funeral for sissy teigen. Jimmy oh, my god. I think you should do a soap opera and play both chrissy and sissy. Chrissy and sissy teigen. [ laughter ] jimmy sissy lives up in the attic. Im married to both of them. Jimmy yeah. [ laughter ] congratulations. Yeah, congratulations, not too shabby. My was was like i mean, obviously, its a huge thing to call your mom out about. Like, hey, you liar jimmy yeah, yeah, yeah. Two babies. Jimmy so now youre back in therapy.
