Antioch police have said they fired their weapons after macken pointed a gun at them while running away. The video that we were provided with, at least a section that we have, does not appear to show the man pointing any weapon at police. However, the attorney who leaked the video is calling on antioch pd to release any body camera video proving their assertion that he pointed a gun at the officers. It was later determined there was a warrant for his arrest in a homicide case. We have reached out to the antioch pd for comment, but at this point we havent heard back.
