So it was really fun and creative and a good collaboration. So i went out to dinner with mickey and his beautiful wife peggy and were talking about what other ideas do i have because i have so many ideas that dont actually fit on the tonight show. And i have some clothing ideas so he was like, lets have a meeting. So we had a meeting at alex mill and were sitting around he said, what about pajamas . And i was like, stop. I love pajamas thats exactly up my alley its everyone watching our show, theyre in pajamas were on late at night i love pajamas i wear pajamas every night i do have complaints. [ laughter ] some of my pajamas dont have pockets pajamas with no pockets. Some pajamas have a giant a a giant front opening thats just a little too big. [ laughter ] because i have a giant hey jimmy no, no, no, no no, no, no, no hey jimmy im saying the hole is just oh. Jimmy its just too much its just too much tariq i get it jimmy yeah you know, somethimes they have a tiny little button that you can close half of it or Something Like that. Anyways [ light laughter ] and it just doesnt no one haas updated the pajama and no one they way they should and no one has done their homework on it and so iddi a little research. I found out that onethird of your life is spent sleeping. So thats kind of amazing. You might as well do it the right way and do it in style and not only do we want you to be able to style, but i dont think anyone should have to go to bed hungry. So we teamed up with feeding america which is an unbelievable charity in what they do. Especially during these tense times. Theyve been really there for a lot of people. People are out of work, kids arent in school the holidays are coming up so as i said earlier, 100 of the net proceeds of the pjimmies are going to feeding america. Jimmy yeah jimmy but its been a little while since the emmys i havent talked to you. Has the night sunk in yet . What was it like no, it was first of all, it was absolute madness. Jimmy i hear that quarantine led you to discover reality tv youve never watched reality tv before i mean, i worked in reality before i did the show, i was working on mtv with the hills for a long time. A show that jimmy of course. Some people might know. Jimmy i love the hills. And i was doing the after show for the hills. And when you work so closely with a Reality Television show, and i loved the hills jimmy yeah, me too but it kind of takes the magic out of the experience of watching Reality Television, cause you kind of end up knowing too much about how it works. Jimmy yeah so, i had to take, like, a long hiatus, and then quarantine happened, and i had quite literally watched every show on television, and so i finally just resolved myself to just accepting the fact that i only have reality tv left not to diminish the genre, but it started, and then it became a problem. Jimmy because its the best thing thats ever existed. Well, because i couldnt stop watching it, now, i guess, its all i watch jimmy yeah me too whats your jam . What are you watching . I started with a real housewives of atlanta. I ended with a below deck mediterranean. Jimmy oh, my god thats my jam, below deck. Im so captain sandy or captain lee . Captain sandy jimmy oh, yeah the drama that happens on the last season of below deck mediterranean is jimmy its unbelievable. Earth shattering. Jimmy im a hannah fan, form way back. I have many times thought about vacationing to australia, to take hannahs yachting course. Jimmy ill go with you does she really do that, because i will go with you we should do that. So i dont want to say that this movie is a masterpiece or anything, but its certainly something that shaped my career in really pivotal and fundamental ways jimmy i feel like we get blumhouse on this and remake this into a giant feature film im into it. It would be a tough pitch jimmy first acting credit weirdly because tonight we also have the great michael j. Fox on the show. His show, spin city. The seat next to me was empty. We were all standing because the royals were coming so i thought id give that seat to her or charles. I dont think charles wants to sit next to me through the movie.
