Today, flowers are strewn along Sand Dollar Beach to remember ben. Some placed a piece of the surf board near the growing memorial. All beaches in the area one mile north and one mile south of where the attack happened are now closed. They will remain closed until may 14th. Ben was attacked within 100 yards of show near Sand Dollar Beach. Paramedics tried to resuscitate him. But he died on the peach. People should always have respect and a small amount of fear for the ocean.
