Hoping for a miracle march, but it doesnt look like its being forecast. I hope its not the beginning of a fiveyear drought or threeyear drought. Overall, 70 of the state is abnormally dry or in a moderate drought. Is this a hole we can time to big ourselves out of . I think we can still make a dent in it.
