These guys are doing a lot of body weight oriented exercises we want to do things that are simple enough that you can do. People are watching at home, too. Yeah. At the end of the day, if you are moving around and doing something you enjoy doing, im going to be all for it thats why i have these guys kind of jumping all around. So the spin bike, for example, is 20 minutes a day, 30 minutes a day, for people at home in. I like the idea of getting any kind of cardio, at least 20 minutes a day, to get your heart rate up and going. The bikes are really great medicine balls are a huge thing. Sometimes im afraid i see the gadgets and i dont know what to do with them you say, dont be afraid. Especially if you go to the gym, there is going to be people in the gym that are going to be so happy to help you it is like gym rats just love to work with new people. The deputy shot a shoplifting suspect at least three times while the suspect was inside the deputys car.
